Our two- person teams work efficiently: one technician focuses on the interior while the other handles exterior tasks like gutter cleaning and pressure washing. Once we’re done, our lead technician will give you a rundown of the completed services, and you’ll receive a detailed report via email, complete with before-and-after photos.
No worries! Not every property needs all 10 Points. Our pricing is based on essential services like gutter cleaning and pressure washing, ensuring your property is well- maintained and occupants are safe. If your property needs the full service, that’s great too! You’ll be making the most of the Totally Maintained program.

Absolutely! We include up to 400 square feet of pressure washing in our service, whichcan be used for your porch, walkway, or patio. If you need more, we can provideadditional pressure washing for $40 per 100 square feet. Just let us know when youbook your appointment so we can plan accordingly!
